I am a Professional Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Spiritual Life coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, Angel and Oracle Card Reader, and Crystal Healer

Before I embarked upon my spiritual journey in 2017, I was a very analytical and logical person. I was completely out of alignment with myself, had no idea that I was an intuitive person, and gave no importance to my emotions. I was quick to sweep everything under the rug. I believed that I had no problems in life. But in 2017, with just two months left for my post graduate medical exam, I went through a loss, and I was in no condition to continue studying. I had experienced loss before but I could no longer ignore the pain that I was experiencing at that time. I understood later that this loss was my wake up call to begin my spiritual journey.

I have found energy healing to be a life saviour, especially when doing deep inner work like shadow work, inner child healing, and trauma counselling. It help me manage feelings of shame and fear. As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I have come to understand that our childhood shapes or belief systems, most of them limiting us from creating and living a life that resonates with us. One of the side effects of doing this inner work is the awakening of our intuition. We don't give our intuition the importance that it needs. Our intuition is what helps us live a free life. we underestimate ourselves and give away our power to others because of the limiting beliefs that we carry. During my time in personal therapy, I found a whole new person under all the layers of limiting beliefs. A person filled with power capable of reaching her highest potentials. My goal as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor, Spiritual Life Coach, and an Energy Healer is to help women tap into who they really are, embrace their shadow side with non-judgment and unconditional love for themselves so that they can live a limitless life, without being forced to stick to beliefs that they don't connect with anymore.
